Registered in 1995 by Hurst Nursery, MAGIC CARPET is an Alice Buchanan hybrid. Magic pretty well says it all for this large (8+ inch) beauty. Predominantly purple with a pink overcast, each petal has a wonderful golden orange midstripe. A slightly serrated edge sets off each petal perfectly on this beautiful bloom.

When established, the plant has 2 – 4 inches wide, flat branches that grow an average of 2-4 feet per year. This is a very easy variety to grow and can give you a large plant in just a few seasons. We recommend this variety of Epiphyllum for every level of grower.
