Registered in 1997, RIPPO is a George French hybrid. Part of George’s Epiphyllum clown themed crosses, inner petals start out very light (almost white) lavender at the throat and blend to a raspberry red towards the tips. The second row of petals are different blends of the same colors. The outer petals of this stunningly beautiful large (8+ inches) Epi bloom are dark red.

When established the plant has flat and 3 angled growth that is 1 – 3 inches wide. On average the branches grow about 1 - 2 feet per year. We recommend this Epiphyllum variety for every level of grower.
